**Position Overview:**
We are currently recruiting a motivated and client-centric Sales & Client Success Representative to excel in the areas of outreach, conversion, and client onboarding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging both warm and cold leads, articulating the value proposition of our services, converting prospects into customers, and guiding them through the initial onboarding phase to ensure a seamless transition to the Account Management team.
This position is ideally suited for individuals with strong telephone communication skills, a passion for client interaction, and exceptional organizational abilities in ensuring thorough follow-up.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
**Lead Engagement & Qualification:**
* Initiate contact with new leads via cold calls, SMS messaging, and email correspondence.
* Qualify leads through a concise discovery process.
* Identify key decision-makers and verify essential contact information.
* Personalize communications based on industry-specific requirements and business needs.
**Sales Presentation & Conversion:**
* Present the core value proposition with confidence, emphasizing client benefits.
* Offer a limited-time free trial and a cost-effective setup package.
* Address objections with empathy and clarity.
* Secure deals directly during sales calls or schedule appropriate follow-up appointments.
* Guide clients through the payment and setup procedures.
**Client Onboarding & Transition:**
* Prepare new clients for onboarding following purchase.
* Disseminate pre-onboarding forms and confirm completion of necessary steps.
* Schedule onboarding sessions utilizing internal team calendars.
* Ensure seamless transition by documenting relevant context and updates within the CRM system.
* Follow up with individuals who do not attend scheduled sessions and reschedule onboarding as necessary.
**CRM & Daily Reporting:**
* Maintain accurate records of all activities within our CRM system (GoHighLevel).
* Ensure that notes and lead statuses are current within the sales pipeline.
* Submit daily call and conversion metrics to the team.
* Record sales calls for feedback and coaching purposes (as required).
Skills:
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, appointment setting, client success, or BPO
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident and consultative sales style
- Excellent organizational and follow-up habits
- Experience using CRMs like GoHighLevel
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new systems and templates
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
