The incumbent will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing and fulfillment of airline ticket bookings for both individual and group travelers. This includes coordinating with airlines, travel agents, and internal teams to ensure the timely issuance and delivery of tickets; managing changes, cancellations, and reissuance of tickets in accordance with airline policies; monitoring and managing booking queues to ensure reservations are processed within established timelines; resolving customer inquiries and issues related to airline bookings while providing exceptional service and support; verifying travel documents and ensuring compliance with international travel regulations; maintaining current knowledge of airline fare rules, schedules, and promotional offers; preparing and reviewing periodic reports on ticketing activities and fulfillment metrics; assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements for airline fulfillment operations; and collaborating with the technology team to optimize the online booking system and mobile application for airline services.
