Job Description:As an Aircraft Technician, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting inspections, repairs, modifications, and component handling on aircraft, adhering to EASA Part-145 regulations. Under the supervision of certifying staff, the Technician will support both line and base maintenance operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality assurance protocols, and the Safety Management System (SMS). Key responsibilities include: executing maintenance tasks (inspections, repairs, modifications) based on authorized levels of training; performing routine and non-routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational duties in accordance with approved data and EASA Part-145 procedures; fostering a positive safety culture and adhering to SMS requirements; maintaining a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles, including toolbox inventory checks and personal record management; promptly reporting discrepancies, defects, job progress, and deviations to supervisory or B1/B2 personnel; and liaising with internal Part-145 Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) and Part-21 Production Organization (PO) shops to facilitate efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
