Job Description:As an Aircraft Technician, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting inspections, repairs, modifications, and component handling on aircraft, adhering to EASA Part-145 regulations. Support will be provided for both line and base maintenance operations under the guidance of certified personnel, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and Safety Management System (SMS) protocols. The responsibilities encompass the following:
* Performing inspection, repair, and modification activities, including functional tests and component replacements, commensurate with the individual’s training and authorization level.
* Executing routine and non-routine maintenance task cards, troubleshooting procedures, and operational duties in accordance with approved data and EASA Part-145 procedures.
* Cultivating and maintaining a positive safety culture, complying with SMS requirements as defined in the SMS Manual.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles. Conducting toolbox inventory checks and maintaining accurate personal logbooks and training records.
* Promptly reporting discrepancies, defects, work progress, and deviations to supervisors or B1/B2 certified staff.
* Collaborating with internal Part-145 Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and Part-21 Production Organization (PO) shops to facilitate the efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
