* Monitor prevailing market trends and negotiate favorable freight rates.

Skills:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field, with proven experience in air freight operations and team management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IATA regulations, customs procedures, and air freight systems.
- Operational Skills: Ability to oversee shipments, optimize costs, and negotiate freight rates.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong team management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): IATA/FIATA certification or relevant industry credentials.
