About the Rocket Marketing: We are a 100% remote Facebook (META) Business Partner (https://www.facebook.com/business/partner-directory/details?id=2432607553472221) that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco). We are not your typical digital agency and everything is done remotely. We help clients scale significantly and grow with them.Our goal is to disrupt the industry and help grow businesses across the MENA through the effective use of digital marketing (and have fun doing it!). This is why we launched “Sponsored Course” where we are helping over 1,500 businesses in the MENA grow and scale through online ads.We focus on eCommerce, lead generation and digital products (online courses, webinars etc).Job Description:Are you an Agency Business Development Manager looking to have a real impact on real businesses? Do you have what it takes to help us significantly scale our success?We are looking for a Digital Business Development Manager who is a hardworking self-starter with ambition and an undeniable hunger for progress that will help The Rocket Marketing Agency grow in the GCC and MENA region. You will develop, negotiate, close and lead strategic agreements that support TRM’s mission and will positively impact our growth as an agency. We want you to focus on our audience throughout their journey from awareness to loyalty using all the strategies and tactics that are employed to reach that loyalty stage. You will be responsible for identifying new areas for growth and specific prospects as well as nurturing our followers and email lists to develop business opportunities.  This role is fully remote and we are looking for someone to join full time.  Identify, structure, negotiate, amend, close and manage strategic deals with e-commerce and businesses that are relevant to TRM’s growth and vision in the GCC and MENA region.Planning, direction and execution of new business development across the TRM agency in the GCC and MENA region.Develop and grow ‘new client’ revenue in accordance with targets and maintain a sustainable relationship with them.Work with the Account Managers to identify new opportunities within existing client business or contacts.Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.Be a driving force for innovation within the agency leading the thinking, education and development of the sales function at TRM.Responsible for briefing and pitching TRM’s services and specialties in a very presentable and professional way.

Job Requirements :

3-5 years digital industry experience and knowledge (digital agency experience highly preferred).Ability to think strategically about compounded business issues and recommend and implement strategic action plansProven success in winning, delivering and retaining key clients Previous experience with financial modeling and strategic analysisHighly polished pitch and presentation skills (written and verbal).Excellent communication and influencing skills.Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationshipsAbility to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships internally and externallyAbility to work at speed and under pressure.Strong financial acumen, written and oral communication skills.Enthusiastic and passionate – genuinely love digital and enjoy solving problems for clients BENEFITS:Working closely with an Ex-FB employee who has a strong network across all the big digital companiesDirect access to Facebook since the agency is a Facebook Marketing PartnerWorking with an international team and clients who are all partners and have a close relationshipOpportunity to be a part of an agency that is unique in the Arab world and to be an instrumental part of our growth strategy Flexibility/home-office
