Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal):**

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated **Affiliate & Partnerships Manager** to oversee and optimize all affiliate programs, partnerships, and revenue-generating collaborations for a burgeoning travel and fitness content brand.

This role encompasses the comprehensive management of affiliate links, performance tracking, proactive outreach, and the cultivation of enduring relationships with partner brands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Affiliate Management:** Establish, administer, and refine all affiliate links across various platforms. Facilitate the registration of accounts within global affiliate programs, including but not limited to Amazon, Booking, Adidas, Whoop, and Trip.com. Monitor daily performance metrics, such as clicks, conversions, revenue, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI). Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance dashboards.

* **Partnerships & Brand Outreach:** Identify prospective affiliate opportunities within the travel, fitness, lifestyle, and sports sectors. Initiate contact with target brands and negotiate mutually beneficial affiliate agreements. Maintain consistent communication with affiliate networks and brand partners.

* **Content Integration:** Develop compelling captions, descriptions, and strategic placements for all affiliate links. Integrate links into relevant platforms, including Instagram bio and stories, YouTube descriptions, Linktree, and TikTok. Propose content concepts designed to enhance conversion rates.

* **Reporting & Analytics:** Deliver clear and concise weekly and monthly reports. Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Ensure the accuracy and currency of all tracking mechanisms.

* **Strategy & Growth:** Recommend new products and services aligned with the travel and fitness content niche. Analyze audience behavior to optimize conversion strategies. Develop a long-term strategic plan for expanding affiliate revenue streams.

**Required Skills:**

* Demonstrable experience in Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing.
* Proficiency in analytical and reporting methodologies.
* Familiarity with affiliate programs and associated tracking tools.
* Exceptional research and communication abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
* A comprehensive understanding of the travel, fitness, or e-commerce landscape is advantageous.

**Salary Range:**

**15,000 – 20,000 EGP per month** (commensurate with experience).
