Job Description:**Job Description: Admissions Manager**

**Responsibilities:**

* **Recruitment Initiatives:** Lead and orchestrate school tours (virtual and in-person), Open Day events, and external recruitment activities.
* Ensure a refined experience for visiting families and prospective students, highlighting the institution’s merits.
* Analyze enrolment data to optimize recruitment strategies and augment conversion rates.
* Proactively monitor the admissions pipeline to identify opportunities and expedite the application process.

* **Retention and Community Engagement:** Coordinate and attend events designed to strengthen relationships between the school and its families.
* Manage and contribute to social media campaigns to align with recruitment, retention, and engagement objectives.
* Collect and analyze feedback from parents to continuously improve the admissions and parent experience.

* **Partnerships and Stakeholder Management:** Cultivate and maintain relationships with nurseries and educational partners to support recruitment efforts.
* Oversee the Parent Ambassador program, engaging parents to promote the school and assist with events.
* Maintain constructive relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.

* **Student Registration and Compliance:** Ensure timely and accurate student registration in accordance with ADEK and Ministry of Education regulations.
* Manage compliance documentation and oversee audits to ensure adherence to all standards.

* **Team Collaboration and Development:** Mentor and guide junior admissions staff, promoting best practices and fostering a positive team culture.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Academic teams to support the school’s marketing plan and admissions strategies.

* **Administrative and Operational Support:** Manage communication with prospective and current families, ensuring professional and timely responses.
* Utilize internal systems for effective student information management.
* Oversee the student leaver process, conducting exit interviews and facilitating smooth transitions.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a target-oriented environment.

**Required Skills:**

* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in data management, analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding activity targets.
* Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
* Fluency in English is essential.
