Job Description:The Head of Admissions is accountable for the comprehensive oversight of the admissions process, strategic management of public relations initiatives, and the efficient administration of front desk operations. Responsibilities encompass the processing of inquiries, conduct of campus tours, and management of the review and decision-making phases of the admissions cycle. Furthermore, this role involves the development and implementation of public relations strategies, maintenance of relationships with media contacts, and the stewardship of the institution’s social media platforms. In the context of front desk operations, the incumbent is responsible for staff supervision, management of incoming communications, provision of visitor reception and assistance, and the maintenance of a well-organized reception area. The role also entails facilitating communication between stakeholders, executing administrative tasks, and providing support in event planning endeavors. In summary, the Head of Admissions fulfills a critical function in the promotion of the institution’s reputation, management of admissions procedures, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
