Job Description :

Welcomes and answers all inquiries from customers in branch, email and via phone.Arranging services for customers, for example, booking appointments or arranging virtual sessions.Receives payments and gives out receipts for them, registering them in daily log.Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filingWork according to rosters which include morning, evening shifts during weekdays,  and some national holidays.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternativesFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesResolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as neededMaintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client informationMaking sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.

Job Requirements :

Excellent command of EnglishExcellent communication skillsDemonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitudeMales & Females.Bachelor DegreeStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.New Cairo or Maadi resident is a mustKnowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.Ability to work under pressure.Flexible with Rotational hours/Rotational Days offMin years of exp: 2-5 years of experience with minimum 1 year as a TL in an offshore call center
