Job Description: -Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls To Managing Director -organizing events and conference Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines Booking meetings/appointments -Fielding calls for MD & taking messages Monitor and request workplace checklists and supplies in coordination with Purchasing Assist HR department in All Administrative Tasks in Personnel and Payroll Functions The intern will learn: -Coordinate the company and MD Calendar appointments & Events learn About HR DEpartment and its different functionsHow to Work in an HR SystemInternship Start date: Immediate StartDuration: 6 Months
Job Requirements :
Bachelor DegreeGood at using Microsoft Office0-1 experience at a similar role, fresh gradSheikh Zayed, 6 October residence is preferable
