Job Description:The following outlines the administrative and supervisory responsibilities associated with accreditation processes:

* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive accreditation database, ensuring seamless integration of new and existing accreditations.
* Maintaining strict confidentiality of departmental information within the administrative office.
* Establishing standardized procedures for receiving, reviewing, and processing accreditation requests from departments (Sales / Branches and Governorates), including requests for samples (received and unreceived), boards, and company accreditation files. Approved requests are submitted to the Technical Office Manager for authorization and subsequent implementation, while rejected requests are documented with justification.
* Strategically planning, directing, and monitoring accreditation and description initiatives across various Al-Shorbagy sectors, including Irrigation and Agriculture, Water Stations, Consulting Offices, Military Projects, and Housing Projects.
* Overseeing the development and presentation of technical documentation related to accreditations and product catalogs.
* Guiding the development of follow-up plans with consulting offices and maintaining an updated list of approved suppliers.
* Directing the preparation and dissemination of reports on recent accreditations to the Sales Coordination Department to facilitate sales activities.
* Establishing schedules and routes for site visits by technical office engineers and allocating visits accordingly.
* Coordinating with consulting offices and projects to schedule visits by technical office personnel.
* Ensuring the timely receipt, review, and inclusion of technical office visit reports in the database, with follow-up discussions as necessary.
* Creating standardized templates for technical office visit reports to identify potential project withdrawal activities.
* Overseeing the preparation of reports on inactive accreditations lacking associated sales, which are then submitted to the Coordination Department for investigation with the sales department. This process is monitored on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Supervising the review and approval of travel expense claims related to technical office visits, ensuring alignment with pre-established plans.
* Directing the preparation of detailed reports for rejected project accreditations to serve as a reference for the Coordination and Sales Departments.
* Directing the creation of comparative reports analyzing the projected project withdrawal volume against the actual withdrawal volume.
* Investigating the root causes of any discrepancies in project outcomes by consulting with project management to identify contributing factors (e.g., product quality, service timelines, sales management, collection management) and presenting findings to relevant management for further investigation.
* Overseeing the creation of a recommendations report for the Coordination Department, highlighting any additional advantages or sales opportunities identified during site visits.

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
