Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements for executives and teams.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering prompt and professional responses.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and cost-effective purchasing is practiced.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold company policies regarding data privacy.
