Job Description:The selected rephrased option is:

**Formulate and execute administrative strategies and protocols to facilitate efficient business operations. Oversee security protocols, occupational health initiatives, and safety regulations to guarantee adherence to legal mandates and maintain a secure working environment. Establish and cultivate robust partnerships with governmental bodies and public sector organizations. Direct transportation and logistical operations pertaining to personnel and equipment. Supervise staff accommodation to ensure the maintenance of high standards of habitability. Administer and regulate departmental budgets to maximize resource utilization. Guide and encourage diverse administrative teams to achieve optimal performance levels. Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership to promote ongoing organizational enhancement. Supervise and track all general maintenance activities essential to the organization’s infrastructure. Oversee and monitor all current and prospective projects in conjunction with relevant implementing entities. Optimize the utilization of the organization’s public utility services (gas, electricity, water, drainage, air conditioning). Uphold a superior standard of internal conduct among all personnel within the organization.**

Skills:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in garment manufacturing or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and occupational health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems and relevant computer applications.
  • Familiarity with international quality and safety standards is a plus.
