ScoLeb, located in Mansourieh – Mount Lebanon is looking to hire an entry level Administrative & Accounting Assistant with 0-2 years of experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Salary will be paid in fresh USD
Requirements:
• Gender: Female
• Nationality: Lebanese
• Age: Min 21 – Max 30
• Candidate must live within 5 Km from the office
• Candidate must be a Non-Smoker
• Candidate must have a degree in Business Accounting/Administration or relevant field
Main Job Duties (including but not limited to the below):
• Issuing invoices, bills and statements and sending them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, accounting system, etc.)
• Ensuring that company invoices are collected
• Updating accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
• Answering questions and handling complaints from customers regarding invoices and payments
• Working with other members of the accounting department and other departments to collect information, compile, analyze, and report financial data
• Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports and budgets and other reports upon request
• Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients and suppliers
• Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
Skills
• Fluency in English Language is a must
• Candidate must be self-motivated, hard-working and fast learner
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills
• Candidate must have strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and legislation – High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
• Candidate must have Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel…)
