**Job Description: Administration Specialist**

**The Administration Specialist is responsible for the efficient and effective management of daily office operations. This position entails the oversight of administrative protocols, collaboration with internal departments, adherence to Saudi labor regulations, and facilitation of communication between management and personnel.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* **Supervise general administrative functions and office procedures.**
* **Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and reports.**
* **Support visa applications, work permits, Iqama renewals, and compliance with GOSI and Saudi Labor Law.**
* **Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistical support for employees and visitors.**
* **Prepare and disseminate internal communications, circulars, and memoranda.**
* **Serve as a liaison with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.**
* **Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.**
* **Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including documentation and workspace preparation.**
* **Support the management of facility maintenance, security protocols, and safety compliance.**
* **Provide administrative support to executives and departments as required.**

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.**
* **Two to three years of relevant experience in administrative positions, preferably within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.**
* **Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Muqeem, and associated platforms is advantageous.**
* **Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).**
