Job Description :

Receives and directs visitors, handles questions and concerns professionally.Responsible for the placement-test procedures, classroom preparationFollowing up with absent students and build a good rapport with them.Records information accurately from different sources into a computer databaseResolves administrative problems by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.Distributes the feedback among the students.Coordinates with all students before starting new batches in order to notify them with the beginning of the batch.Notifies current students with the date of upcoming batch in order to start registering “from session 6”.Responsible for the WhatsApp groups for the current studentsPerforms other administrative duties as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPresentableAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
