Job Description: **Administrative Coordinator Position at AMIX for Printing & Advertising**
AMIX for Printing & Advertising seeks a highly organized and client-centric Administrative Coordinator to join its team in Sheraton, Cairo. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and efficient operational support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Professionally greet and welcome clients, cultivating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
* Accurately receive and process customer orders via various channels (in-person, telephone, email).
* Monitor job orders from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery schedules.
* Perform cashiering duties, including invoice generation, payment processing, and reconciliation of daily cash reports.
* Maintain meticulous records of orders, client communications, and financial transactions.
* Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and the generation of fundamental reports.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication with design and production teams to ensure service excellence.
* Provide exemplary customer service and support in both English and Arabic.
**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrable experience in an administrative or customer service capacity.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential; fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
* Competency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software applications.
* Fundamental knowledge of accounting or cashiering procedures.
* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
* A maximum of two years of experience.
* A relevant higher education qualification.
