Job Description :
Financial Follow-up & Reporting of projects under execution (Sales, Cash, unbilled, overdue).Controlling the project performance (scope, time, cost, quality and risk).Analyse and identify gaps between approved budget vs actual costs.Ensure all deliverables are presented according to the clients quality standards.Track project invoicing and payment schedules progress.Identify trends and root causes of deviations against the baseline and recommend remedial actions.Lead the evaluation of the project schedule, costs, and quality targets.Prepare project control reports with the current statusCoordinate payments to vendors and subcontractorsReview all the contracts draft before customers signatureReview all the A/R accounts and projects reports on ERP on monthly basis and perform the required reconciliationsPrepare and review the A/R aging report on monthly basisAssist in the month & year-end closing.Assist the accounting team during the tax inspection
Job Requirements :
BSc in Accounting from a reputable University.Experience 10 -12 years in an Engineering company. At least 5 years at a managerial levelComputer skills is a must- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.English language is an asset.Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards.Excellent communication skills in verbal and writtenERP experience is a must.
