Accounting Manager

 Supervise the accounting team and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of all journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions

• Manage and optimize Odoo ERP system to ensure seamless integration of financial data and efficient accounting processes across the organization

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements and provide comprehensive financial analysis and performance reports to senior management

• Monitor cash flows, liquidity management, and oversee accounts receivable and payable for B2B clients and vendors

• Design and implement internal control policies and procedures ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities, prepare tax filings and manage tax compliance matters

• Lead the annual budgeting process, establish financial forecasts, and monitor actual performance against approved budgets

• Oversee revenue recognition for service contracts and projects, analyze project profitability, and ensure accurate client invoicing
