Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibility and Oversight):**

The individual will assume responsibility for directing and overseeing the accounting department’s daily activities, guaranteeing precision and adherence to corporate regulations and internationally recognized standards. This encompasses the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, guaranteeing prompt and accurate reporting. Furthermore, the individual will coordinate and finalize annual audits, collaborating with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary. The development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls will be undertaken to optimize efficiency and protect company assets. Responsibilities also include supervising, mentoring, and training accounting personnel, cultivating a culture of continuous enhancement and professional growth. Cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting will be monitored and managed to facilitate strategic business decisions. The timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions will be ensured. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will occur to bolster business operations and furnish financial insights for decision-making. Continuous maintenance of current knowledge regarding pertinent tax legislation, regulations, and optimal practices will be upheld to guarantee compliance. Lastly, the individual will identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions within the accounting function.
