1. Job Responsibilitie
– Oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and accurately prepare financial statements.
– Manage the finance team’s daily work, including task allocation, process optimization, and staff training to enhance team professionalism.
– Assist in formulating financial budgets and cost control plans, monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and propose improvement suggestions.
– Coordinate with external institutions such as auditors and tax authorities to complete annual audits, tax filings, and special inspections.
– Participate in the development and improvement of financial systems, standardize financial processes, and prevent financial risks.
:2. Qualifications
– Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. A intermediate accountant certificate or higher is preferred.
– Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an accounting supervisor or related  management role, familiar with the full financial accounting process in manufacturing industry
– Skills: Proficient in Egyption fiscal and tax regulations, skilled in ERP systems and Office software, with strong financial analysis capabilities.
– Competencies: Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills; rigorous, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

3. Language Skills

– English: very good for reading write and speaking, proficient in reading English financial reports and related documents .
