About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe.
Job Description:
- Screen and handle disbursement accounts (FDA’s) on behalf of the group. This involves checking received invoices against the tariff and making sure charges are correct.
- Coordinate together with operations team to make sure no cost is left out.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Follow up with our offices to ensure quick turnaround of files to accounts team.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
- 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree of finance related course
- Background in marine related business such as marine shipping, port agency, logistics mainly on shipping is an advantage
- Must be knowledgeable in using accounting software and MS Excel
