• Manage Banking relationships, including handling of internet banking platforms.
• Bank Reconciliations and daily reporting of balances.
• Ensure data are validated and accurately entered into the ERP system.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable Management including credit control functions.
• Ensure financial records are maintained including proper audit trail
• Appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Preparation of vouchers on daily basis and obtain necessary approvals
• Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
• Appropriate coordination and communication with the relevant customers, suppliers and Sales personal to ensure accuracy of information.
Added Advantage:
• MIS reporting Experience
• Experience in handling External Audits.
• Knowledge of Trade Finance
• Knowledge of International Trade
• Experience in Group Company accounting
