The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ascertain accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established reporting and procedural standards. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the prompt processing of invoices and payments. The incumbent will also monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and furnish regular financial reports to project managers and senior leadership. Bank statements will be reconciled, and discrepancies resolved expeditiously. Assistance will be provided in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Support for internal and external audits will be rendered through the provision of requisite documentation and explanations. Maintenance of accurate and well-organized financial records, in accordance with company policies and regulatory mandates, is paramount. Collaboration with project teams to ensure precise cost allocation and adherence to budgetary guidelines will be required. Financial data will be analyzed to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. Furthermore, the incumbent will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of accounting processes and internal controls.
