Job Description:**Qanawat seeks to employ an Accountant proficient in applying accounting principles to analyze financial data and generate financial and sales reports through the compilation of information, preparation of profit and loss statements, and the implementation of appropriate accounting control procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:**

* **Executing monthly closing procedures.**
* **Ensuring the seamless transmission of financial and sales reports to the head office.**
* **Monitoring client reports, conducting analysis, and generating invoices.**
* **Managing the collection of receivables and the disbursement of payments to suppliers.**
* **Collecting, analyzing, reviewing, and reporting sales data to the head office.**
* **Preparing and reviewing revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documentation.**
* **Developing and maintaining financial databases, encompassing both automated and manual filing systems.**
* **Liaising with internal and external auditors in the completion of audits.**
* **Preparing tax provisions, schedules, returns, payments, and reports, and maintaining the company’s tax database.**
* **Performing other duties as assigned.**

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with experience from 4 to 7 years only. 
  • Ability to handle accounts up to finalization and solid experience in the completely accounting cycle. 
  • Proficiency in Oodoo ERP is an advantage
  •  Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. Attention to detail is paramount. 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal guidance from manager to accomplish objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills coupled with strong written communication skills. 
  • Ability to meet constantly shifting deadlines. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills. 
  • Professional certification such as CMA or IFRS Diploma is an added advantage
