**Job Summary:**

A meticulous and seasoned Accountant is sought to contribute to our finance department. The successful applicant will assume responsibility for the administration of financial records, the preparation of comprehensive reports, and the assurance of adherence to established accounting standards and pertinent regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Preparation and maintenance of precise financial statements and reports.
* Management of accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Contribution to the budgeting process.
* Provision of support during internal and external audit procedures.
* Monitoring and analysis of financial performance, coupled with the formulation of recommendations.
* Upkeep and updating of accounting records and supporting documentation.
* Oversight of the accounts receivable process, encompassing invoice management, collections activities, and reconciliation procedures.
* Establishment and maintenance of robust client relationships to promote prompt collections.
* Collaboration with interdepartmental stakeholders to resolve billing or payment discrepancies efficiently.
* Performance of other duties as directed by management.
