About the Client:Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking an Accountant to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s financial health by managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with the ability to manage financial processes efficiently and prepare accurate financial statements. Experience in the real estate sector and proficiency in Arabic are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.Arabic speaking is highly preferred.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Position: AccountantLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000Internal Job ID: 0248
