Job Description:نحن نبحث عن وكيل مبيعات تأمين ذي دوافع عالية وموجه نحو إنجاز النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتميز. سيتولى وكيل المبيعات واجب التنقيب عن العملاء المحتملين، والتحقق من أهليتهم، وإتمام مبيعات منتجات التأمين الفردي والتجاري. سيضطلع بدور محوري في مساعدة العملاء على تأمين التغطية التي يحتاجونها مع تقديم دعم عملاء رفيعة المستوى.

Skills:

Experience:

Proven track record in sales, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry.

Experience in customer relationship management and sales cycle management.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

Knowledge:

Good understanding of insurance products and services (training will be provided for specific offerings).

Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.

Knowledge of the regulatory requirements in the insurance industry (if applicable).

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.

A valid insurance license (if required by local regulations).

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
