Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibility and Achievement):**
Assume responsibility for a portfolio of accounts to ensure sustained, long-term success, cultivate robust client relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for addressing individual customer requirements. Proactively generate new business through leveraging existing and prospective customer networks. Efficiently resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues. Oversee account representatives to optimize sales growth, reporting regularly on account status and transactions. Establish and monitor sales account targets in alignment with overarching company objectives, scrutinizing sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) to recommend strategies for enhanced sales performance and identification of growth opportunities.
