Account Receivable Accountant

Job Description :

Responsible for accounts receivable and reviewing customer invoices.Responsible for customer and sales accountsEnsure and maintain accounts receivable balances including monthly reconciliation.Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions POS sales.Ensures that all business transactions comply with operational policies and procedures.Prepares and records revenues.Review daily sales by collecting and analyzing data for each account.Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans.Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses.Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting.From 2 to 4 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant.Solid knowledge of accounting regulations.Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferable.Excellent analytical skillsMales Only
