Job Description

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts and Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
  • Designated point-of-contact to manage and handle various clients and accounts and also focuses on fostering a relationship with the clients, preferably long term.
  • Handle engagement and interaction with the client in the form of meetings and presentations, and send over integral deliverables like reports and other materials regularly.
  • Convey the end goals, contractual and non-contractual obligations, and other facets of a client’s business with the internal team to speak on behalf of the client and look out for their interests.
