Job Description:**Option:**
“Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial records, management of accounts receivable and payable, and proper execution of all accounting transactions. Oversee the design and administration of the chart of accounts to effectively represent business needs and conform to established accounting practices and organizational policies. Establish a standardized process for recording financial entries within the general ledger, ensuring that all organizational activities are accurately reflected and compliant with applicable accounting standards and internal guidelines. Employ direct cost accounting methodologies and allocate costs across departments, clients, and developers in accordance with approved budgetary allocations, contractual obligations, and relevant financial regulations. Direct the establishment of efficient payment and receivable processes to ensure accurate recording and management of transactions, aligning with accepted accounting practices and organizational policy. Supervise the fixed asset management process to ensure precise recording, depreciation, and valuation of assets in accordance with accounting standards and internal procedures. Manage aged receivables in alignment with company standards and business strategy, maintaining overdue accounts within acceptable thresholds. Conduct thorough reviews, investigations, and corrections of errors identified in financial entries, statements, trial balances, documentation, and reports.”
Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Experience: 7–10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a proven role as an Accounts Manager.
Leadership & Management: Excellent supervisory and managerial skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead accounting teams effectively.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Organizational & Time Management: Exceptional skills in organizing tasks and managing time efficiently under pressure.
