Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role located on-site in Heliopolis at Groovy Aesthetic clinics. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
