Job Description :
Prospecting new clients and pitching to expand agency clientele. Acting as a liaison between the technical team and clients for current projects.Maintaining and updating customer databases.Negotiating and finalizing contracts/ LOAs with prospects and clients in accordance with the guidelines set by the company.Managing and maintaining customer relations with the purpose of developing the business.Act as the main liaison with clients and relay all client requests/needs to the relevant internal functionEnsures reports for clients are issued upon request and assists in reports for management.Supports in handling any issues that come up with clients.
Job Requirements :
Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyFluency in Arabic & English is requiredPositive attitude, highly collaborative and a self-starterCreative and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines and targets.Commercial awareness
