Magic, a leading provider of modern outsourcing solutions, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our global Sales Department. As a Silicon Valley-based company backed by prominent venture capital firms, Magic connects Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs) with skilled remote professionals, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Virtual Assistants, leveraging advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and comprehensive training programs.
**Role Purpose:**
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial client outreach and needs assessment to successful deal closure and client onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to identify and address client pain points, present tailored outsourcing solutions, and cultivate long-term, value-driven client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the complete sales cycle, conducting a minimum of 15 discovery calls per week.
* Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and present appropriate outsourcing solutions.
* Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline with clearly defined next steps for each opportunity.
* Consistently meet established sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the onboarding period.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Magic’s services and effectively communicate their value to executive-level decision-makers.
* Ensure seamless client onboarding and transition to implementation.
* Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
**Performance Expectations:**
* Successfully complete a structured training program with specific performance milestones.
* Achieve and maintain progressive quota targets within the first four months of employment.
* Demonstrate consistent pipeline activity and proactive client engagement.
* Exhibit strong consultative selling skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
* Adhere to a strict attendance policy during the initial training period.
**Qualifications:**
* A minimum of two (2) years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience targeting SMB and Mid-Market clients in North America.
* Demonstrated success in selling Software as a Service (SaaS), subscription services, or outsourcing solutions.
* Experience presenting to C-Level, Vice President (VP), and Director-level executives.
* Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably HubSpot.
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
**Time Zone and Schedule Requirements:**
* **Work Schedule:** Nine-hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
* **Training Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (mandatory attendance).
* Must consistently work within the Eastern Time zone, including adjustments for Daylight Saving Time.
* Availability required Monday through Friday, with consistent accessibility during U.S. business hours.
**Equipment Requirements (Self-Provided):**
* Computer/laptop meeting company specifications.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
* Professional headset for clear client communication.
* Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
* Backup power/internet solution for uninterrupted client service.
