Job Description:In order to uphold operational efficacy and pedagogical excellence, the following duties are to be executed:
Conducting candidate interviews, coordinating demonstration sessions, and conveying relevant observations to Human Resources for subsequent action.
Delivering exhaustive orientation for novel pedagogical staff pertaining to institutional protocols, complemented by exhaustive procedural documentation (PDF/handbook), and procuring formal acknowledgement of regulatory compliance.
Verifying precise student allocation via the administration of standardized placement assessments, acknowledging the potential ramifications of misplacement on scholastic outcomes.
Facilitating introductory forums for parents of newly enrolled or transferring students, pending the deployment of a permanent visual orientation module.
Supervising instructional staff performance through scheduled observational visits and subsequent evaluative feedback, ensuring adherence to the HiQ Academy’s core pedagogical doctrine: **EDUTAINMENT** (the synergistic integration of education and entertainment).
Performing classroom observations as stipulated by administrative assignment within the designated system for each distinct category.
Assessing and documenting student engagement and interactive participation during classroom observations.
Addressing and resolving parental or student grievances with professionalism, ensuring prompt remedies and preserving constituent contentment.
Sustaining uniform and impactful performance across all academic functions, upholding pre-defined quality benchmarks and streamlined operational procedures.
