The scope focuses on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, and carpentry works.Minimum Qualification and EducationEssential: Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering / Electrical or Mechanical with experience in complete MEP works & leading maintenance teams.Desirable: PMP certificateRequired Knowledge And SkillsKnowledge of Facilities ManagementKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and others)Operations Management & Cost ControlStrong Organization and Planning SkillsSelf-Motivated and can work in a teamKnowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) is a plusKnowledge of UAE building codes, fire safety regulations, and sustainability standardsWork ExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in maintenanceExperience in Budget estimation & budget handlingExperience in supervising diverse technicians’ teamLanguage Proficiency RequiredEssential: Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written are mandatory.Desirable: ArabicCompetenciesService Excellence-Professional Ethics and Integrity-Problem-solving-Time Management-Teamwork-Reporting lineManager of the Office of Facilities Management
