Job Description
As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by combining your technical expertise with exceptional sales skills. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs, providing technical solutions, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This position requires a deep understanding of our products, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder
Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions, effectively addressing customer concerns and objections.
-Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
-Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process and post-sales implementation.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
– Develop sales and marketing strategies for key industries.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
– Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in mechanical products or related feild.
– Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
– Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
