2. Ensure that the regulations approved by the company are applied in purchases, stores, and food and beverage outlets to take the necessary corrective actions.
3. Conduct the daily, monthly, and sudden inventory audit of all his/her concerned places.
4. Assist in preparing a statement of the deficit or increase resulting from the inventory operations and match that statement with the books and sales records periodically.
5. Track product manufacturing in all stages of preparation, in cooperation with the chefs.
6. Follow-up the receiving F&B goods received at warehouses or outlets.
7. Receive the documents used in the food and beverage department such as checks, inventory, and analysis documents, and match them with the purchase orders.
8. Ensure the terminated items are done according to the set policies and procedures.
9. Follow-up revenue and daily checks.
10. Prepare and submit all the required reports.
11. Maintain quality accounting records and supporting documents for all work.
12. Make accounting records available for review, on a timely basis, by entities, internal auditors, external auditors and other stakeholders, as required.
13. Prepare and record payables and revenues on SAP.
14. Prepare notes receivable reconciliation.
