Job Description: **Fire Alarm/Firefighting Engineer Position**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fire Alarm/Firefighting Engineer to join our organization. The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of fire alarm and firefighting systems, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable local and international standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise the site installation team responsible for fire alarm and firefighting systems.
* Conduct comprehensive site inspections to identify potential fire hazards and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Develop and implement robust fire safety plans and procedures.
* Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to guarantee compliance with relevant fire safety standards.
* Oversee the testing and commissioning of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
* Provide comprehensive technical support and training to clients and stakeholders.

**Essential Requirements:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
* A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrable experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire alarm and firefighting systems is essential.
* A comprehensive understanding of local and international fire safety standards and codes (e.g., NFPA, IBC, IFC) is mandatory.
* Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
