Job Description:
Job Main Responsibility:
– To Observe Production process for REMET and Prime product storage from DCS Panel.
– To prepare Chemicals (potassium dichromate, Mixed acid, Indicator, Stannous Chloride, Mercuric Chloride) for Chemical analysis.
– To Operate Total Iron and Metallic iron tests, Calculate Total Gangue.
– To make standardization for chemical perpetrated.
– To run X-ray and oil break dawn voltage tests.
– To ensure procedure carried out by subordinates correctly.
– To prepare quality reports for quality section head and manager and production department.
– To calibrate lab. Equipment according to schedule.
– To apply monthly equipment maintenance.
– To train subordinates at interval times and for new testing techniques.
– To trouble-shoot Lab. Problems at shifts.
– To obey all the company rules and policies.
-To safely maximize production at all times.
-To operate in safe manner with regard to his own safety and the safety of other employees.
-To wear the required safety equipment at all times.
Education: Faculty of Science or Engineering.
Experience: (0- 2) years’ experience.
