مهندس انتاج – production engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
3–6 years of experience in production operations, preferably with a focus on welding processes.
Previous experience in the automotive industry or automotive components manufacturing is preferred.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding.
Familiarity with welding quality standards and inspection methods (Visual, NDT).
Ability to prepare and follow up on production plans to achieve daily targets.
Strong analytical skills for solving production issues and improving efficiency.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S principles is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or similar design software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work on shifts if required.
