We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer to join our team in the gas filling sector, encompassing both flammable and non-flammable gases, including but not limited to compressed gases and other industrial gases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency in gas filling operations, while adhering to and enforcing industrial safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee the gas filling operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

•Monitor production processes and equipment performance to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

•Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot gas filling equipment and systems.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovations.

•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.

•Develop and set documentation related to production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.

•Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational protocols.

•Develop and set Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

•Ability for staffing productive team members .

 

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).

•Experience in gas filling operations, particularly with Feron or similar products.

•Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control measures.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

•Proficiency in data analysis and production management software.
