• Supervising the manufacturing processes for each of the “PPR – PVC” production departments, in addition to the presses and the mixer, and the head of the planning and production follow-up department participates in the preparation of operational plans based on the marketing and sales plan.
• Participation in drawing production policies, processes, programs, and production plans.
• Supervising the process of efficient implementation of all policies and all procedures and processes in production management.
• Supervising the level of production efficiency and working on developing and improving it continuously, using the reports of the Quality Control Department.
• Monitor operating expenses and depreciation and work to reduce them.
• Monitors and follows-up records of production and operations, ensuring their regularity and smooth progress.
• Establish statistics and reports on production management, costs, and performance efficiency.
• It works on introducing methods of developing work (technology) that suit the field of work.
• Ensure the implementation of the occupational safety and health system for the purpose of the safety of workers and the establishment.
• The incumbent shall follow the procedures related to the quality assurance system (ISO) and the consequent implementation of all the forms and procedures for this job, as well as preparing the required reports.
• He reviews the periodic reports (daily – monthly – annual) prepared by his subordinates and prepares reports of operational problems and obstacles that he faces, and proposals to avoid them in the future, which are presented to the line manager.
• Responsible for evaluating all employees according to the evaluation system procedures and sending those evaluations on the specified dates.
