1-Provides the customer with the brand journey and story during the sales process and implement an effective participation in achieving the assigned targets and supports the day-to-day operations.
2-Acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
Hurgada resident is a must.
Education: bachelor’s degree is required.
Language: very good in English.
Location: Assigned Boutique – subject to rotation in all outlets.
Experience: 1-3 years retail sales experience in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in computer skills.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths.
Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility.
Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through.
Have a flair for communicating with different types of customers and managing people.
Work as a collaborative team member, always available to assist boutique manager, colleagues, customers, etc.
Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
Target-oriented with integrity in dealing with precious Jewlery.
