Job responsibilities
1. Contact factories to get updated prices for products.
2. Contact Clients and notify them of our current offers
3. Follow up with Clients to ensure that we are meeting their needs
4. Speak in a calm professional manner on the phone with Our Clients
5. Use clear and professional language while corresponding by e-mail
6. Follow up with clients using WhatsApp
7. Set up zoom/google meetings to understand what the needs of the client are and establish trust
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience
Bachelors Degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google
Punctuality is a must
Knowledge of the English Language
Communication Skills
