Job Description:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Design and execute performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
Lead organizational development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and talent management.
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and support business growth.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
 
Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
Proven experience in a managerial or mid-level HR role, preferably within manufacturing or engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
