1. Position Overview
Elsobky Pack is a premier provider of customized packaging solutions for the restaurant and
café industry across Egypt. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing
Manager to join our team in Tanta. This individual will be responsible for developing and
executing our complete marketing strategy, from brand building to lead generation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of managing digital
campaigns, creating compelling content, and working side-by-side with our sales team to drive
revenue and establish Elsobky Pack as the industry leader.
2. Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
● Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with
company growth targets.
● Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver a strong return
on investment (ROI).
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and
monitor competitor activity within the F&B packaging sector.
● Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, KPIs, and campaign
results to senior management.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
● Plan, execute, and optimize all digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta
Ads, LinkedIn) to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
● Manage all digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms to
build brand awareness and engage potential clients.
Develop and manage a content calendar, overseeing the creation of compelling content

Sales Collaboration & Enablement
● Serve as the primary marketing contact for the sales team, ensuring seamless
collaboration.
● Develop sales enablement materials (e.g., digital catalogs, brochures, presentations,
and product spec sheets) that support the sales process.
● Co-develop and manage a lead nurturing process to move prospects through the sales
funnel effectively.
Media Planning & Brand Management
● Plan and manage media buying across relevant platforms (digital and potentially
traditional) to maximize reach to our target audience (restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens).
● Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials and communications are
consistent with Elsobky Pack’s brand identity.
● Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, printers, and media partners
as needed.
3. Qualifications & Skills
Required:
● Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role, with a
strong focus on B2B marketing.
● Digital Expertise: Demonstrable experience in planning and managing successful
digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Social Ads).
● Sales Focus: A proven track record of working closely with sales teams to generate
leads and drive revenue.
● Location: Based in or willing to commute to our office in Tanta.
● Skills:
○ Strong understanding of the Egyptian F&B market.
○ Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
○ Strategic thinker with a hands-on, “get-it-done” attitude.
○ Strong analytical skills.
Preferred (Bonus Points):
● Experience in the packaging, printing, or F&B supply chain industry.
● Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, or graphic design)
