Robotics Education Academy, established in 2024, is experiencing significant growth and success through strategic partnerships. Currently, the Academy is focused on expanding student enrollment and diversifying its program offerings.
To support this expansion, the Academy seeks a Director possessing academic, administrative, and educational expertise to enhance governance processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Participate in the development of a strategic vision for the Academy’s future growth.
* Interact with trainers and parents in a professional and courteous manner.
* Conduct research and development of program curricula incorporating hands-on STEM-based activities and projects.
* Manage Training of Trainers (ToT) programs and feedback mechanisms.
* Prepare reports for management review.
* Maintain the confidentiality of records and information acquired during the course of professional duties.
* Ensure fair and consistent staff supervision and evaluation procedures that promote accountability, growth, and excellence in accordance with established policies.
* Supervise staff to ensure the fulfillment and surpassing of all assigned responsibilities.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Power) or Computer Science.
* Proficiency in Project Management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Demonstrated passion, energy, self-directed learning capabilities, and adaptability to rapid change.
* Proficient Teaching Skills:
* Ability to simplify and effectively convey technical knowledge to students.
* Experience in teaching (programming, engineering) projects.
* Superior teaching and instructional abilities.
* Technical Skills:
* Experience with electronics, mechanics, and programming methodologies utilized in STEM education for students under 18 years of age.
* Familiarity with Arduino microcontrollers and Arduino C programming.
* Experience in design, 3D modeling (CAD), fabrication, and 3D printing.
* Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the First Lego League (FLL) competition.
* Minimum Experience: 2-4 years.
* Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
